Code of Conduct
In conversation with other womxn, femmes and non-binary people, Ruth Jones developed the key values of the Agency, which have since been taken on more broadly by the artist studios that the Agency work alongside most frequently, The Old Waterworks. We hold ourselves, agency members, artists and individuals we work alongside, attending events or reading groups to these values in order to maintain a sense of safety and transparency.

The code of conduct has been adapted as a two-colour risographed poster displayed in our Library space (see header image). It is displayed here without additions for ease of reading.
We used the typeface Mrs Eaves for this document, as part of the original concept design of the Agency of Visible Women printed matter by Stefania Woznarowycz. This font was designed by Zuzana Licko in 1996 and named after Sarah Eaves to honor one of the forgotten women in the history of typography.
