Creative Evaluation

I work with arts and heritage organisations to develop creative evaluation processes. Creative evaluation can be particularly appropriate when working with individuals and groups who may not use/have words to share their feelings, learning, or experiences.
These processes allow participants to share their feelings, learning, and experiences in a reflective manner, and can provide not only key data for reporting, but strong, impactful imagery for reporting. Off-the-shelf evaluation processes can restrict feedback and reduce engagement - even the word 'evaluation' can be off-putting. Bespoke creative evaluation is designed to adapt to participant and client needs, increasing engagement and producing more indepth quantitative and qualitative data.
Clients for this process include The British Library, and The Essex Record Office. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this area of work.
